Dr Tanya Cassidy takes Milk Banking to the EU Parliament!

Dr Cassidy is a Marie Skiodowska Curie Action (MSCA) Fellow undertaking an in-depth qualitative study of human milk banking in the UK.

Her research explores cultural considerations around the use of donor human milk to feed vulnerable infants.  From Friday 9th September Tanya is the MSCA Fellow of the Week and later this month her research project is being showcased at the Science is Wonder-ful event in Brussels on the 28 September 2016 at the Parlamentarium (the EU Parliament’s visitor centre).

Tanya, an Irish social scientist at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK, is a longstanding member and supporter of EMBA and we congratulate her and wish her every success at the Science fair.
